Welcome to Ridango Support desk! 


There are two options to send tickets to Ridango Helpdesk.


You can either log-in and create a ticket or create a ticket on the go:

  • Log-in and create a ticket: you need to log-in to the Ridango Helpdesk. You can log-in by clicking Login link on the upper right corner of the website. There you can enter your email address and password. In case you are not a registered user yet, you need to sign-up first. To log support ticket, please click New support ticket on the right side of the page. After clicking link you will see ticket fields. Please fill out all the fields (fields marked with * are required) and press Submit. Your ticket will be automatically received by Ridango Helpdesk and dealt as soon as possible.
  • Creating ticket on the go:  To log support ticket, please click New support ticket on the right side of the pageAfter clicking link you will see ticket fields. Please fill out all the fields (fields marked with * are required), type CAPTCHA  and press Submit. Your account will be automatically created and your ticket mapped to it. Once created and submitted, your support ticket will be automatically received by Ridango Helpdesk and will be dealt as soon as possible.

Ticket type:


  • Incident is an unplanned interruption of the provided service or reduction in the quality of the service. Failure of service item that has not yet affected service is also an incident.
  • Service Request is a formal request from a user for something to be provided – for example, a request for information or advice to reset a password or to install a validator for a new bus.
